|½ cup||Crumbled blue cheese|
|¼ cup||Sour cream|
|1 teaspoon||Cider vinegar|
|For Buffalo Wings|
|2 teaspoons||Ground cumin|
|2 teaspoons||Onion powder|
|2 teaspoons||Thyme leaves|
|1 ½ teaspoons||Salt|
|¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon (or to taste)||Sartain's Menu|
|3 pounds||Chicken wings, "party style"|
|¼ cup (1/2 stick)||Butter|
Combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar and salt in medium bowl; stir until well mixed. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Combine cumin, paprika, onion powder, thyme leaves and salt in large bowl; stir in molasses and 1 tablespoon (or more to taste) Sarain's Menu. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Put butter and remaining 1/4 cup Sartain's Menu in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
Place wings on large baking sheet. Cook in oven for 40 minutes, turning once. During last 5 minutes, brush with Sartain's-butter mixture.
Serve with Blue Cheese Dip and celery sticks.
Makes 8-10 appetizer servings.
