Apricot Fruit Dip

Equally good for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a dessert.

8 ouncesLight cream cheese, softened
8 ounces Light sour cream
½ cupB & R Farms Dried Apricot Chutney


Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate in a covered dish.

When you're ready to serve, wash a variety of fresh fruit - strawberries, melons, grapes, watermelon, kiwi, peaches, bananas etc.

Stir dip and serve surrounded by fruit for dipping.

Dip keeps a few days. Stir well before each use.
