|1 medium||Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced|
|2 cups||Greek yogurt|
|1 tablespoon||Engage Organics Garlicsaltless|
|1 tablespoon||Engage Organics It's-A-Dilly|
|2 teaspoons||Chopped fresh mint|
|Freshly ground black pepper|
Peel and core cucumber, chop remaining cucumber into small dice. Place in a strainer and let drain until liquid is released. (You can place the cucumber in the refrigerator overnight so it completely drains, without adding salt to speed liquid release.)
Combine yogurt, cucumber, Engage Organics Garlicsaltless and It's-A-Dilly, mint, and lemon juice until blended. Add fresh ground black pepper to taste.
