Lavender Sugar Cookies

1 stick (8 tablespoons)Butter
¼ cupSuperfine sugar
¾ cupsAll-purpose flour
2 teaspoonsGC Culinary Lavender Kernels
GC Culinary Lavender Sugar

 

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the sifted flower and lavender kernels. Mix together and knead to form a smooth dough.

Roll out on a lightly floured board and cut with a cookie cutter.

Bake on a greased tray at 325 degrees F until firm to the touch and golden in color. While warm, sprinkle with GC Culinary Lavender Sugar.
