|1 stick (8 tablespoons)||Butter|
|¼ cup||Superfine sugar|
|¾ cups||All-purpose flour|
|2 teaspoons||GC Culinary Lavender Kernels|
|GC Culinary Lavender Sugar|
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the sifted flower and lavender kernels. Mix together and knead to form a smooth dough.
Roll out on a lightly floured board and cut with a cookie cutter.
Bake on a greased tray at 325 degrees F until firm to the touch and golden in color. While warm, sprinkle with GC Culinary Lavender Sugar.
