Peppermint Bark

1 pouchThe Frosting Queens Prince's Peppermint Buttercream Frosting
1 - 12-ounce packageWhite baking chips
4 - 6 Candy canes, crushed

 

On stovetop, bring 1 inch of water to a boil. Place a glass bowl on top to act as a double boiler.

Turn heat to low and add chips, stirring until melted.

In the meantime, cut off top of frosting pouch and squeeze frosting into a microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave 30 seconds, stir, and continue microwaving until melted.

Line a square pan with parchment and non-stick cooking spray.

Stir frosting and chips together. Press into pan. Press crushed candy canes into bark while still warm.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour before breaking into pieces.
