|1 pouch||The Frosting Queens Prince's Peppermint Buttercream Frosting|
|1 - 12-ounce package||White baking chips|
|4 - 6 ||Candy canes, crushed|
On stovetop, bring 1 inch of water to a boil. Place a glass bowl on top to act as a double boiler.
Turn heat to low and add chips, stirring until melted.
In the meantime, cut off top of frosting pouch and squeeze frosting into a microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave 30 seconds, stir, and continue microwaving until melted.
Line a square pan with parchment and non-stick cooking spray.
Stir frosting and chips together. Press into pan. Press crushed candy canes into bark while still warm.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour before breaking into pieces.
