Spicy Seafood Wonton Soup

6 cupsLow sodium chicken broth
1 cupBeef broth
1 packageFrozen wontons
1 poundU-16 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 teaspoonExtra virgin olive oil
3 Scallions, chopped, greens included
2 cupsBroccoli crowns
2-3 Baby bok choy
1 tablespoonArawak Farm Sweet Ginger-Basil Pepper Sauce


Pour chicken and beef broth into a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add scallions and frozen wontons and cook until wontons are cooked through and floating.

Sauté shrimp in olive oil until half-way done (slightly pink).

Remove broth from heat and add baby bok choy, broccoli crowns and shrimp. Cover soup and let steam together until broccoli crowns are soft. About 3 minutes.

Add tablespoon of Arawak FarmŽ Sweet Ginger Basil Pepper Sauce and serve.
