|6 cups||Low sodium chicken broth|
|1 cup||Beef broth|
|1 package||Frozen wontons|
|1 pound||U-16 shrimp (peeled and deveined)|
|1 teaspoon||Extra virgin olive oil|
|3 ||Scallions, chopped, greens included|
|2 cups||Broccoli crowns|
|2-3 ||Baby bok choy|
|1 tablespoon||Arawak Farm Sweet Ginger-Basil Pepper Sauce|
Pour chicken and beef broth into a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add scallions and frozen wontons and cook until wontons are cooked through and floating.
Sauté shrimp in olive oil until half-way done (slightly pink).
Remove broth from heat and add baby bok choy, broccoli crowns and shrimp. Cover soup and let steam together until broccoli crowns are soft. About 3 minutes.
Add tablespoon of Arawak FarmŽ Sweet Ginger Basil Pepper Sauce and serve.
