Corn Salsa Chili

1Yellow onion, chopped
4 clovesGarlic, chopped
2 poundsGround beef
Cowboy BBQ Salty Bronc Seasoning
½ teaspoonCumin
2 - 14-ounce cansPetite diced tomatoes
1 - 15-ounce cansBlack beans, drained and rinsed
½ cupWater
1 jarCowboy BBQ Corn Salsa

 

Cook chopped onion and garlic with a little oil.

Add ground beef. Cook until brown.

Add cumin and Salty Bronc to taste.

Add the rest of ingredients.

Cook for about hour to let flavors blend.

Serve with corn bread.
