Hollandia Cress Powerhouse Smoothie

1 cupHollandia Live Gourmet® Living Upland Cress or Grower Pete’s® Living Watercress
½ cupPlain Green yogurt
½ Banana
1 teaspoonFresh grated ginger
1 cupAlmond milk or coconut milk
.2 cupPeeled and diced ripe pear or sweet apple

 

Remove root ball and stem from watercress.

Rinse leaves and pat dry.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

For a sweeter taste, add honey before blending.
