|1 cup||Hollandia Live Gourmet® Living Upland Cress or Grower Pete’s® Living Watercress |
|½ cup||Plain Green yogurt|
|1 teaspoon||Fresh grated ginger|
|1 cup||Almond milk or coconut milk|
|.2 cup||Peeled and diced ripe pear or sweet apple|
Remove root ball and stem from watercress.
Rinse leaves and pat dry.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
For a sweeter taste, add honey before blending.
