Cressto Pesto Sauce

3 cupsHollandiaLive Gourmet® Living Upland Cress or Grower Pete’s® Living Watercress
2 clovesGarlic, chopped
½ cupExtra virgin olive oil
½ cupGrapeseed oil
1 teaspoonLemon zest
1 teaspoonKosher salt
½ teaspoonFreshly ground black pepper
½ cupPlain Greek yogurt
Walnuts, chopped


Remove the root ball and the bottom 1/3 of the stems.

Rinse and pat dry.

In a blender or food processor, combine cress and garlic and pulse until coarsely chopped.

Add remaining ingredients and process until blended.

Serving suggestions:
Drizzle over pasta, risotto, fish, meat, or eggs; or use as a spread.

Top with chopped walnuts.
