|½ cup||Grapeseed oil|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon zest|
|1 teaspoon||Kosher salt|
|½ teaspoon||Freshly ground black pepper|
|½ cup||Plain Greek yogurt|
Remove the root ball and the bottom 1/3 of the stems.
Rinse and pat dry.
In a blender or food processor, combine cress and garlic and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients and process until blended.
Drizzle over pasta, risotto, fish, meat, or eggs; or use as a spread.
Top with chopped walnuts.
