Pistachio SmoothieYou can play around with the fruits you use depending on what you have on hand. | 1 cup | Fruit, such as papaya, watermelon, strawberries, apple | | ¼ | Avocado | | ½ | Cucumber, peeled | | 3-4 leaves | Kale (dinosaur kale is sweetest), stems removed | | 1 tablespoon | Chia seeds or peanut or almond butter | | 2-4 tablespoons | Citrus juice (lime, lemon, orange or grapefruit) | | 1-2 tablespoons | La Tourangelle Roasted Pistachio Oil | | Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Add water if needed.
