| Ahi tuna steak |
3 Tablespoons | Sesame oil |
| Salt and white pepper |
2 Tablespoons | Tomato Pear Chutney |
| Mache, arugula or mixed greens |

Rub Ahi with a little sesame oil.
Heat fry pan over high heat. Add sesame oil and ahi tuna steak. Sear on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and place on a bed of greens and top with Tomato Pear Chutney. |
