| Jalapeņo peppers |
| Cream cheese, softened |
| Cowboy BBQ Sweet & Spicy Jalapeņo Relish |
| Thick bacon |

Preheat oven to 350 F, or prepare barbecue grill.
Split peppers lengthwise and clean out the seeds.
Drain the Cowboy BBQ Jalapeņo Relish. Mix it with the cream cheese.
Stuff the pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture and wrap with a half strip of bacon.
Secure with a toothpick.
Bake at 350 on a cookies sheet in the oven, or on the barbecue, until the bacon is cooked. |
