Jalape�o Poppers

Jalape�o peppers
Cream cheese, softened
Cowboy BBQ Sweet & Spicy Jalape�o Relish
Thick bacon

 

Preheat oven to 350 F, or prepare barbecue grill.

Split peppers lengthwise and clean out the seeds.

Drain the Cowboy BBQ Jalape�o Relish. Mix it with the cream cheese.

Stuff the pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture and wrap with a half strip of bacon.

Secure with a toothpick.

Bake at 350 on a cookies sheet in the oven, or on the barbecue, until the bacon is cooked.
