| 1 pint | Heirloom cherry tomatoes | 
| 1 cup | Fresh mozzarella balls, halved | 
| 1 | Lemon, juiced | 
| ⅓ cup | La Tourangelle Basil Oil | 
| ½ cup | Fresh basil leaves, optional garnish |

Combine lemon juice, basil oil, salt and pepper. 
 
Stir with a whisk.
 
Combine tomatoes, cheese and dressing in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. 
 
Garnish with a few torn basil leaves, if desired.
