4-5 | Large tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced |
1 Tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¾ cup | 21 Missions Caramel Agave Syrup |
¾ cup | Quick cooking oats |
¾ cup | Pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped |
½ cup | All-purpose flour |
3 Tablespoons | Butter |
1 teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |

Preheat oven to 375F.
Melt butter in microwave.
Combine and mix all ingredients including butter. Stir until well moistened.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Apple mixture will bubble and top will be golden brown. |
