1 sheet | Puff pastry |
2 tablespoons | Melted butter |
3 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ cup | B.toffee Bits (chopped B.toffee to bits!) |
½ cup | Mini chocolate chips |
1 | Egg |

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line bakesheet with parchment paper.
Defrost puff pastry. Lightly cover surface with flour and roll out puff pastry. Brush puff pastry with melted butter.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the puff pastry.
Place B.bits and chocolate chips in a bowl and toss. Sprinkle mixture over puff pastry.
Roll pastry into a log. Brush the egg wash all over the log.
Slice log into 1/2 inch pieces for pinwheel. Place pinwheels on parchment-lined bake sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until puff pastry cookies turn golden brown.
