Marinated Tomatoes with Charcuterie PlatterAfter you've enjoyed Pernicious Pickling's Pickled Red Onions (or Garlic Dill Pickles), use the brine to marinate cherry tomatoes for a charcuterie platter. 1 jar brine | Pernicious Pickling Red Onions or Garlic Dill Pickles | | Cherry tomatoes | | Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
Put the halves into a jar of Pernicious Pickling brine from either Pickled Red Onions or Garlic Dill Pickles.
Allow to marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve with thinly sliced salami and prosciutto. | |
