| Cowboy BBQ Sweet & Spicy Jalape�o Relish, drained |
| Chopped cucumber |
| Chopped multi-colored sweet mini peppers |
| Fresh spinach |

Spread a flour tortilla evenly with cream cheese.
Then add a thin layer of drained Sweet and Spicy Jalapeno Relish. Top with one layer chopped cucumbers. Add layer of chopped multi-colored sweet mini peppers. Last layer of fresh spinach.
Roll up tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Slice in about one inch slices and serve.
