Cowboy 4-Bean Salad

1 15-ounce canGarbanzo beans
1 15-ounce canKidney beans
1 15-ounce canBlack beans
1 15-ounce canWhite beans
1 cupCherry tomatoes, halved
½ cupChopped cilantro
1 cupSliced sweet mini peppers, red and yellow
½ cupSliced red onion
1 jarCowboy BBQ Corn Salsa
1 cupCanola oil
1 cupRed wine vinegar
½ cupSugar
½ teaspoonSalt
½ teaspoonPepper

 

Rinse and drain beans.

Combine in large bowl with tomatoes, cilantro, mini peppers, red onion and Corn Salsa.

To make the dressing, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

Toss salad with desired amount of dressing.
