1 15-ounce can | Garbanzo beans |
1 15-ounce can | Kidney beans |
1 15-ounce can | Black beans |
1 15-ounce can | White beans |
1 cup | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
½ cup | Chopped cilantro |
1 cup | Sliced sweet mini peppers, red and yellow |
½ cup | Sliced red onion |
1 jar | Cowboy BBQ Corn Salsa |
1 cup | Canola oil |
1 cup | Red wine vinegar |
½ cup | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |

Rinse and drain beans.
Combine in large bowl with tomatoes, cilantro, mini peppers, red onion and Corn Salsa.
To make the dressing, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Toss salad with desired amount of dressing. |
