1 teaspoon | La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil |
½ cup | Flour |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
⅔ cup | Water |
1 | Egg |
½ cup | Chives, chopped |
½ cup | Green onion, chopped |
½ cup | Zucchini, Julienne cut |
½ cup | Scallops, chopped |
½ cup | Shrimp, chopped |
¼ cup | La Tourangelle Grapeseed Oil |

Mix La Tourangelle toasted sesame oil, flour, salt, water, egg and in a bowl.
Add chopped vegetables, scallops and shrimp into the mixture.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Add La Tourangelle grapeseed oil to the pan.
Pour enough batter onto the heated pan to make large plate size pancakes. Lower the heat to medium. Turn the pancake over with a spatula.
Serve with soy sauce and vinegar.
