2 4-ounce packets | Frozen Açaí puree |
1 medium | Banana |
½ cup | Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries |
¼ cup | Coconut milk or water |
3 tablespoons | AtheenOats What the Nut Granola |
1 tablespoon | Unsweetened coconut flakes |

Break the frozen açaí up a little by slapping the sealed packets on the counter or hitting them with a mallet.
Blend the açaí with half of the banana and the coconut milk (or water) until it's the consistency of a thick smoothie.
Slice the remaining half banana.
Arrange the banana slices, the berries, the AtheenOats What the Nut Granola, and the coconut flakes on top of the açaí.
