1 large | Ripe avocado, skin and pit removed |
¼ cup | Extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil |
¼ cup | Water |
¼ cup | Flat leaf parsley |
1 clove | Garlic |
½ (or to taste) | Lime, squeezed |
1 teaspoon | 21 Missions Agave Nectar |
| Salt and pepper |

Cut the avocado into chunks. Put into a blender.
Add the other ingredients, except the water.
Puree until smooth, adding water as necessary for the desired consistency.
Use a a salad dressing or as a sauce for chicken. |
