1 ½ pounds | Chicken breast meat |
2 tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 cup | Heavy cream |
½ cup | Chicken broth |
1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | Rockin' Rubs Tuscan Temptation Spice Rub |
½ cup | Parmesan cheese |
1 cup | Spinach, chopped coarsely |
½ cup | Sun-dried tomatoes |

The chicken for this recipe can be raw, rotisserie, leftover, whatever is easiest. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Heat the oil in a saut� pan. Cook (if raw) or brown the chicken.
Add cream, broth, garlic powder, Tuscan Temptation, and cheese to the pan.
Stir constantly over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken.
Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and simmer until spinach is wilted.
Add the chicken back into the pan and heat through.
May be served over pasta. |
