| Additional brown sugar, optional |

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut squash into serving-size sections. Remove seeds and membranes. Place on a shallow roasting pan.
Brush cut surfaces with olive oil.
Sprinkle liberally with Pork Wrangler's Rub. Add more brown sugar, if desired.
Roast for 45 minutes, until a fork can be inserted easily. If not, roast for another 10 - 15 minutes.
