Hot & Sweet Corn Bread

1 cupYellow corn meal
1 cupWhole wheat flour
1 TablespoonBaking powder
¾ teaspoonSalt
1 cupButtermilk
1Egg, beaten
1 TablespoonButter, melted
¼ cupMendocino Mustard Hot & Sweet

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Mix ingredients gently and spoon into a buttered 8" x 8" pan.

Bake 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting.

Serves 9.
