| 1 cup | Yellow corn meal |
| 1 cup | Whole wheat flour |
| 1 Tablespoon | Baking powder |
| ¾ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 cup | Buttermilk |
| 1 | Egg, beaten |
| 1 Tablespoon | Butter, melted |
| ¼ cup | Mendocino Mustard Hot & Sweet |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix ingredients gently and spoon into a buttered 8" x 8" pan.
Bake 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
