1 cup | Chocolate chips |
3 cups | Oat Cuisine Original Granola, raisins removed (or not) |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the butter. Let cool slightly and pour into a large mixing bowl. Whisk brown sugar into the butter. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Combine the flour, soda, salt and spices. Then add to the wet mix. Stir only until blended.
Add the chocolate chips and granola and stir only until mixed and the dough holds together.
Drop well-pressed heaping tablespoon portions on greased cookie sheet. Press lightly to flatten. Bake 12 minutes or until brown and centers are still soft.
Yields 3 dozen cookies. |
