4 cups | White or Napa cabbage, or a combination, finely shredded |
2 cups | Red seedless grapes, cut in half |
3 cups | Ripe Bartlett pears, peeled, cored, and diced small |
¼ cup | Chives or green onions, finely chopped |
2 Tablespoons | Pickled ginger, finely chopped (optional) |
¾ cup | A Perfect Pear from Napa Valley's Ginger Pear Salad Dressing |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Coarsely ground black pepper |
¼ teaspoon | Crushed red peppers |

Combine cabbage, fruit, chives and ginger in medium bowl.
Combine dressing with salt, pepper, and crushed red peppers in small bowl and mix well.
Add to dressing to slaw ingredients and toss well.
