| 1 ¼ pounds | Ground turkey | 
| 3 Tablespoons | Fresh basil, chopped | 
| 2 Tablespoons | Sauce Goddess BBQ Sweet Heat Spice Rub | 
| 1 | Serrano pepper, minced | 
   | 
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
 
With wet hands, form the meat mixture into 4 burgers. 
 
Place burgers on wax or parchment paper and place in freezer for 15 minutes prior to cooking.
 
AFTER you make the Bacon-Onion Chutney (see Sauce Goddess recipes), cook the burgers and top with the chutney.  |
