1 pound | Yukon Gold or small red potatoes |
3 Tablespoons | Butter |
3 Tablespoons | Olive oil |
| Salt and pepper |
3 Tablespoons | Mrs. A's Salsa Buena |

Boil potatoes until just barely tender. Drain and cool.
Cut into half-inch slices.
Saut� in the oil and butter, waiting to turn until each side is golden brown.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss with Mrs. A's Salsa Buena. |
