1 | 1-pound loaf French bread |
¼ cup | Olive oil, divided |
1 teaspoon | Minced garlic |
¼ cup | Mendocino Mustard Seed & Suds |
¼ cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
3 cups | Shredded Mozzarella cheese |
6 | Plum tomatoes, thinly sliced |
.15 teaspoon | Italian seasoning |

Heat oven to broil at 425 degrees F.
Slice bread in half horizontally.
Stir 2 Tablespoons oil and next four ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread half of mixture over each half of bread.
Arrange half of tomato slices on top of each. Sprinkle each lightly with seasoning. Drizzle each with 1 Tablespoon of remaining oil.
Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of bread begin to brown. Slice and serve immediately.
