| Pizza crust dough |
½ cup | Capers, drained and chopped |
1 cup | Shredded Fontina cheese |
½ cup | Shredded Quattro Formaggio cheese |
1 cup | Goat cheese, crumbled |
1 cup | Sun-dried tomato pesto |
1 cup | Fresh tomatoes, diced |

Roll out dough to desired size.
Combine capers and pesto. Spread onto pizza.
Combine Fontina, Quattro Formaggio, and crumbled goat cheese. Sprinkle evenly onto the pizza.
Top with diced tomatoes.
Bake at 350�F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
