| Pizza dough |
1 cup | Tomato puree |
¼ cup | Chili sauce |
½ teaspoon each | Salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
1 cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup | Shredded Swiss cheese |
⅓ pound | Thinly sliced pastrami, cut into bite size pieces |
¾ cup | Sonoma Brinery Sauerkraut, very well drained |
1 | Sonoma Brinery Kosher Pickle, sliced |

Combine sauces, salt, pepper, and brown sugar in a small sauce pan. Heat until all ingredients are dissolved and well combined.
Roll out pizza dough to 14" diameter. Top with sauce.
Spread cheese evenly over pizza. Top with sauerkraut, then pastrami, and finally the pickle slices.
Bake in the hottest setting of your oven for 10 minutes. |
