Reuben Pizza

Pizza dough
1 cupTomato puree
¼ cupChili sauce
½ teaspoon eachSalt and pepper
2 tablespoonsBrown sugar
1 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
1 cupShredded Swiss cheese
⅓ poundThinly sliced pastrami, cut into bite size pieces
¾ cupSonoma Brinery Sauerkraut, very well drained
1Sonoma Brinery Kosher Pickle, sliced

 

Combine sauces, salt, pepper, and brown sugar in a small sauce pan. Heat until all ingredients are dissolved and well combined.

Roll out pizza dough to 14" diameter. Top with sauce.

Spread cheese evenly over pizza. Top with sauerkraut, then pastrami, and finally the pickle slices.

Bake in the hottest setting of your oven for 10 minutes.
