1 ½ cups | Flat agave nectar craft ale |
½ cup | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | Finely minced fresh ginger |
2 cloves | Fresh garlic, chopped |
3 tablespoons | Orange zest |
6 | Chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless |
1 | Fresh lime |
| Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional) |

Mix all the ingredients except the chicken breasts. Coat breast with one-half of the sauce and allow to marinated for half an hour to an hour.
Eat a grill or cast iron grill pan to very hot. Cook chicken for a maximum of 3-4 minutes per side.
When the chicken comes off the grill squeeze fresh lime juice on it. Top with the remaining sauce and chopped cilantro, if desired.
Also good on the grill: green onions, sweet peppers, and corn-on-the-cob.
