2 slices | Whole wheat bread, buttered on one side |
| Butter, optional |
2 | Eggs |
1 tablespoon | Milk |
To taste | Salt and pepper |
1 slice | Cheddar cheese |

Heat the broiler.
Toast the bread in a toaster. Butter if desired.
Whisk the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper. Cook to desired doneness.
While eggs are cooking, place cheese on one bread slice, trying to cover the bread as much as possible. Place under the broiler to melt the cheese.
Top with scrambled eggs and pickles. Add second toasted bread slice.
Makes one sandwich. |
