You can prepare this in a Crockpot and let it cook all day. How wonderful to come home to these tantalizing smells.
| 1 pound | Ground turkey | 
| 2 teaspoons | Olive oil | 
| 1 large | Onion, chopped | 
| 1 teaspoon | Engage Organics Garlicsaltless | 
| 2 teaspoons | Engage Organics Tuscany Mix | 
| 1 15-ounce can | Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed | 
|  1 15-ounce can | Cannellini or pinto beans, drained and rinsed | 
| 1 15-ounce can | Black or kidney beans, drained and rinsed | 
| 4 14 ½-ounce cans | Diced tomatoes, undrained | 
| 1 can | Kernel corn | 
| ½ -  ⅔ of 24-ounce jar | Salsa, your favorite | 
| ½ teaspoon, or to taste | Engage Organics Mexi-Mix | 
 | Optional toppings: | 
 | Green onions, sliced | 
 | Cheese, shredded | 
 | Avocado, diced | 
 | Sour cream |

In a large skillet, brown turkey meat in olive oil until tender. Add onion, Garlicsaltless, and Tuscany-Mix.
 
Put beans into Crockpot, add turkey meat, tomatoes, and corn. Add salsa and Mexi-Mix to taste. Stir. 
 
Turn on low and let cook all day.
