It resembles sauerkraut, which Sonoma Brinery also makes. | Bacon | | Chopped onions | | Green olives stuffed with jalape�os | | Salt and pepper | | Sonoma Brinery Curtido | | Eggs, lightly beaten | | Saut� bacon and onions until both are cooked.
Add green olives and curtido. Warm.
Season with salt (if desired) and pepper.
Add eggs. Cook until eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
