4 ounces | Pomegranate juice |
4 ounces | Fresh apple cider (or premium apple juice) |
2 ounces | Raspberry vinegar |
2 tablespoons | La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil |
1 teaspoon | Honey |
¼ teaspoon | Black pepper |
½ teaspoon | Kosher salt |

Whisk together the pomegranate juice, apple cider, vinegar and oil.
Then add the honey and seasonings and whisk until mixture is incorporated.
Serve over mixed field greens with bleu cheese, dried cranberries and candied walnuts.
Yields just over 1 cup of vinaigrette. |
