2 tablespoons | La Tourangelle Pistachio Oil |
Pinch | Salt |
⅓ cup | Pistachios, toasted |
⅓ cup | Dried cranberries |
2 handfulls | Baby mixed greens |

In a small mixing bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil and salt.
Toss the pistachios, cranberries and mixed greens together.
Add dressing to taste, toss, and serve.
Yield: 2 servings.
